From 31 August to 5 September, drivers (including residents) will not be able to enter Fairfield Road from Bow Road, due to roadworks on the Cycle Superhighway. A signed diversion route will be in place via the A12, Old Ford and Tredegar Road (although presumably residents approaching from the West can use Tredegar Road or Old Ford Road and then Parnell Road to get to Fairfield Road).
TfL have also said that buses travelling along or across the A11 (Bow Road) may be diverted or delayed, and some stops may be temporarily relocated or suspended. Buses likely to be affected are: 8, 25, 205, 254, 277, 309, 323, 339, 425, D3, D6, D7, D8, N205, and the N253. Buses will continue to be able to turn right into Fairfield Road to access the bus garage.
