We&#8217;ll bring you news of the result when we get it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tower Hamlets Council is looking for our views on the current parking restrictions and if we&#8217;d like them changed.<strong> If this matters to you, please take part in the consultation!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lots of people in the neighbourhood\u00a0say it&#8217;s getting\u00a0harder to\u00a0find a park during the weekend, so this is our\u00a0chance to get the parking restriction\u00a0hours or days extended.<\/p>\n<p>In the next\u00a0couple of\u00a0weeks the council will send out\u00a0 (via post) a\u00a0 consultation pack to every property address in our parking zone (B2) and two others.\u00a0 The council\u00a0will only send out one consultation pack per address and want one\u00a0response from\u00a0each\u00a0address, which can be returned via prepaid envelope or\u00a0\u00a0email\u00a0<a class=\"sys_16\" href=\"mailto:parking.consultation@towerhamlets.gov.uk\">parking.consultation@towerhamlets.gov.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The consultation for our zone (B2) starts<\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color: #555555;\">14 August\u00a0and closes<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<strong>8 September. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The council says: &#8220;Your views will help us determine proposals for restrictions of any future scheme and so it is very important that all residents and businesses respond.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>At the moment the parking restrictions\u00a0in our area B2 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.towerhamlets.gov.uk\/Documents\/Transport-and-infrastructure\/Traffic-management\/Parking\/Controlled_Parking_Zones_in_TH.pdf\">\u00a0(which you can see on this map)<\/a> are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n<p>However in B4 (Fish Island) they are 8.30am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday.
