For people in the area with little ones who would be ready to start that year or beyond,\u00a0 that&#8217;s a real setback.<\/p>\n<p>Friends of Bow Primary want to show the council how urgent the need for a new school\/preschool are locally. To that end, they have set up a\u00a0survey, and want those this would affect to have their say.
