They also cause traffic congestion.\u00a0 The photo here shows a few weeks ago when there\u00a0were nine buses idling on the road waiting to go into the garage at about 10pm&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>This is a recurring issue which\u00a0FCARA members have\u00a0raised with\u00a0bus garage management previously.
